Thank you for your purchase from Occultist Vault at occultist101.com. All of our products — including guides, books, and other written works — are delivered exclusively in digital format. There are no physical goods shipped. This policy explains how you receive your purchases and what to do if you encounter any issues.

✶  All Occultist Vault products are digital downloads.

No physical items are produced, packaged, or mailed. There are no shipping fees, no transit times, and no delivery addresses required.

1. Instant Digital Delivery

Upon completing your purchase and receiving payment confirmation, your digital product(s) will be made available to you immediately. Delivery is fulfilled through one or both of the following methods:

• Email delivery — A download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This link grants you access to your purchased file(s).
• Account library — If you have created an account on occultist101.com, your purchased items will appear in your account library and can be accessed at any time by logging in.

We recommend that you download and save your files promptly after purchase. Download links may expire after a set number of days or a limited number of download attempts.

1. Supported File Formats

III.  Delivery Timeframe

In nearly all cases, access to your digital purchase is granted instantly upon successful payment processing. However, in rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed:

• Payment verification issues or bank processing delays may temporarily hold the order.
• High server load or maintenance windows may result in brief delays of up to one (1) hour.
• Emails containing download links may be filtered by spam or junk mail folders.

1. No Physical Shipping

Occultist Vault does not ship any physical products. All items listed on occultist101.com are digital goods only. As such:

• No shipping address is required at checkout.
• No shipping fees, handling fees, or postage costs are charged.
• No customs, duties, or import taxes apply to your purchase.
• Orders are fulfilled regardless of your geographic location, provided a stable internet connection is available.

If a physical edition of any title becomes available in the future, a separate listing will be created and this policy will be updated accordingly.

1. International Access

Because all of our products are digital, Occultist Vault is accessible to customers worldwide. There are no regional shipping restrictions. Your ability to purchase and download our guides and books is not limited by your country of residence, provided that:

• Your payment method is accepted by our payment processor.
• Your country is not subject to applicable trade or export restrictions that would prohibit the transaction.

All pricing on occultist101.com is displayed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees; these are outside our control.

1. Download Limits & Link Expiry

To protect our intellectual property, download links provided via email may be subject to the following restrictions:

• Links may expire after a defined period (typically 7–30 days from the date of purchase).
• A maximum number of download attempts may apply per link.

Customers with an account at occultist101.com can access purchased products through their account library at any time, without download limits. We strongly recommend creating a free account at checkout to ensure permanent access to your purchases.

VII.  Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered. We do not offer refunds based on a change of mind after delivery.

However, we will gladly assist you in the following circumstances:

• Your file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise non-functional after download.
• You were charged for an item you did not receive.
• A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge.
