This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Occultist Vault, the owner and operator of occultist101.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, as well as any purchase or use of our digital products, including guides and books.

By accessing occultist101.com, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the website and refrain from making any purchases.

Your continued use of the website or purchase of any product constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.

1. Eligibility

To use this website and purchase our digital products, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be prohibited from accessing or purchasing our products under the laws of your country of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• If you are accessing the website on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

By using the website, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to deny access or cancel orders if we have reason to believe eligibility requirements have not been met.

1. Account Registration

Certain features of occultist101.com, including access to your purchase library, require you to create a user account. When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at support@occultist101.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Occultist Vault reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has provided false information, been used in violation of this Agreement, or that poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the website.

You may not create more than one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any third party.

III.  Digital Products & Purchases

Occultist Vault sells digital products exclusively, including occult guides, esoteric books, and other written works in digital format (collectively, “Products”). By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

• All Product descriptions, including format, content, and scope, are set forth on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased Product via a download link sent to your registered email address and/or through your account library.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is valid and that your device and software are compatible with our Product file formats (PDF, EPUB, MOBI, or other stated formats).

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital products are delivered immediately and consent to waive any cooling-off period rights where permitted by applicable law.

1. License Grant & Permitted Use

Upon completing a valid purchase, Occultist Vault grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased Product solely for your own private, non-commercial purposes (“License”).

This License expressly permits you to:

• Download the Product to a reasonable number of personal devices for your own use.
• Read, reference, and study the content of the Product for personal enrichment.
• Print a single personal copy of PDF products for private use, where the product does not expressly prohibit printing.

This License expressly prohibits you from:

• Reproducing, copying, or duplicating any Product beyond reasonable personal backup copies.
• Distributing, reselling, sublicensing, renting, lending, or otherwise transferring any Product to any third party, whether for compensation or free of charge.
• Uploading, posting, or sharing any Product on any public platform, social media, file-sharing network, or torrent site.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on any Product without our prior written consent.
• Using any Product or its content for commercial purposes, including training artificial intelligence systems, without explicit written authorization from Occultist Vault.

This License is automatically revoked upon any breach of this Agreement. Occultist Vault reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on occultist101.com and within our Products — including but not limited to text, imagery, logos, layout, design, and compiled works — is owned by or licensed to Occultist Vault and is protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The Occultist Vault name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary to us. You may not use our name, logo, or branding in any manner without our prior written consent, including in connection with any product, service, or marketing material.

Where our Products incorporate or reference third-party works, such material is used in accordance with applicable licenses or fair use principles, and all relevant rights remain with the respective rights holders.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us regarding our Products or website may be used by Occultist Vault without restriction or compensation to you.

1. Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your use of occultist101.com, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Using the website or its Products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, databases, or associated systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the website or the experience of other users.
• Introducing malware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful code to the website or its infrastructure.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, collect, or index content from the website without our express written permission.
• Circumventing or attempting to bypass any technical protection measures applied to our digital Products.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable in connection with the website.

Occultist Vault reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the website and revoke your product licenses without refund if you engage in prohibited conduct.

VII.  Refund Policy

Due to the immediate and permanent nature of digital product delivery, all sales are generally considered final once a Product has been delivered or accessed. We do not offer refunds based on a change of mind or dissatisfaction with subject matter that was clearly described on the product page.

Refunds or replacements may be granted at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• The delivered file is corrupt, unreadable, or materially different from what was described on the product page.
• You were charged for a Product you did not receive due to a technical or payment error.
• A duplicate charge occurred as a result of a system error.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@occultist101.com within 14 days of your purchase date, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will review all requests in good faith and respond within five (5) business days.

VIII.  Content Disclaimer & No Professional Advice

The digital guides and books sold by Occultist Vault explore subjects including occultism, esotericism, ceremonial magic, mysticism, divination, herbalism, folklore, and related metaphysical traditions. All content is provided strictly for educational, informational, and personal exploration purposes.

Nothing in our Products constitutes or should be construed as:

• Legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
• Religious instruction or spiritual direction.
• A guarantee of any specific outcome, experience, or result from the application of any information or practice described.

You assume full personal responsibility for how you interpret, apply, or act upon the content in our Products. Occultist Vault expressly disclaims all liability for any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the use or misuse of information contained in our digital publications.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Occultist Vault makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the website will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components at all times.
• Warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content within the website or our Products.

Your use of the website and any Products is entirely at your own risk.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Occultist Vault, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the website or any Product.
• Any reliance placed on content, information, or materials obtained through the website or our Products.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, account, or transmissions.
• Any other matter related to the website or its Products, regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Occultist Vault in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at occultist101.com/privacy-policy. By using the website and making purchases, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We collect only the information necessary to operate the website, process transactions, and deliver your purchased Products.

XII.  Modifications to This Agreement

Occultist Vault reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this User Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Last Revised date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email or through a notice on the website.

Your continued use of occultist101.com or any of its Products following the publication of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the website and its Products.

XIII.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of occultist101.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Occultist Vault is registered or primarily operates.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us in good faith at legal@occultist101.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

XIV.  Entire Agreement

This User Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Legal Notice, and Refund Policy (each incorporated herein by reference), constitutes the entire agreement between you and Occultist Vault with respect to your use of the website and purchase of our Products, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other policy document, the terms of this User Agreement shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.
